Business Plans: I have written at least 100 business plans since the early 1980’s and raised over $30 million in capital to help start and grow businesses.  I have put together many PowerPoint decks, spreadsheets, financing documents and related contractual agreements.  I have many templates to help entrepreneurs jumpstart the process of converting their visions into reality.

Funding: I have been involved in financing businesses and non-profits for decades, and am conversant in developing and creating professional funding documents, proposals and contracts.  These involve traditional “VC” fundings, fund-raising campaigns, loans, grants and joint ventures.

Marketing: As founder and manager of a number of enterprises, I have spent a significant amount of my professional career in various aspects of marketing.  I have developed and implemented marketing strategies for ag/food companies, biotech firms, healthcare centers as well as for individual professional clients (physicians, authors, artists, consultants).  As the media landscape has changed over the past 30 years–and now that the internet and social media are such an integral part of a solid marketing strategy–I have kept abreast of these developments and am quite conversant in their use as well as more conventional approaches to marketing.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. My experience with Outlook is limited.

Contracts: As mentioned above, I have considerable experience in a wide range of contracts and agreements, including funding, licensing, joint ventures, sales and intellectual property.
