What are biofield scans?

Are there risks with the MindBand and biofield scans?
While the MindBand is not a medical device, and has not been approved by the FDA, there is no evidence that using it poses a health risk. The materials used in making the MindBand are all commercially-available, and are used routinely in the fields of medicine, therapy and athletics. It is recommended that you consult with your healthcare provider before using the MindBand, especially if you have a history of brain injury or high energy sensitivity.
Since each person is unique, we encourage a gradual introduction to use of the MindBand, beginning with short (e.g., 5-10 minute) sessions until the user is confident of the MindBand's comfort and ease of use.
